Fresh Perspective was appointed to conduct a review of one of Semmco’s businesses to help confidently realign its focus and refine its product range.

Following an audit of existing marketing activity and content, I designed and delivered a series of marketing strategy workshops, working with the Semmco management team to prioritise target markets and key activities, and to develop compelling positioning for its brand and portfolio.

I subsequently conducted desk market research to better understand a priority target market and inform future marketing activity.

Sometimes, those working in a business are too close to it to be able to review things strategically. How Fresh Perspective helped: Marketing Strategy & Planning, Retained Marketing Services

Fresh Perspective were initially asked to help IOBAC create a marketing strategy to establish their innovative product portfolio.

Following desk market research and interviews with key partners, channel and existing clients, I worked with the IOBAC management team to develop an outline 3 year marketing plan. For the first year, a comprehensive marketing activity calendar was created with key campaigns, social media channel and PR activity.

IOBAC were so happy with the results that they asked me to continue working with them as their Outsourced Marketing Director, responsible for delivering the ongoing marketing plan since 2018.
